The invention discloses a check valve suitable for ultralow temperature. The check valve comprises an inlet valve body, an outlet valve body and a valve seat, wherein the inlet valve body is connected with the outlet valve body; the valve seat is arranged between connection points of the inlet valve body and the outlet valve body; the valve seat is connected with a valve head positioned in the outlet valve body; the valve head is made of PTFE; the contact surface between the valve head and the valve seat is a sealing surface shaped like a cutting edge; and a spring is further arranged in the outlet valve body and positioned between the valve head and the outlet valve body, and one end of the spring is fixed at a runner opening of the outlet valve body. The check valve has the following advantage: the problem that in order to achieve a favorable sealing effect in a low-temperature environment, the valve has an excessively large unit sealing load is solved.

本发明公开了一种适用于超低温的单向阀,包括进口阀体、出口阀体、阀座,进口阀体与出口阀体连接,在进口阀体与出口阀体的连接点之间设置有一阀座,阀座与位于出口阀体内的阀头连接,阀头采用PTFE材料制作;所述阀头与阀座的接触面为密封面,密封面设置为刃型形状;在出口阀体内部还设置有一弹簧,弹簧位于阀头与出口阀体之间,弹簧的一端固定在出口阀体的流道口处。本发明的优点:解决了在低温环境中,为获得良好的密封效果,阀门的密封比压过大的问题。
