The invention provides a GOA (Gate Driver on Array) circuit. Through arranging a thirteenth thin film transistor (T13) controlled by an Mth clock signal (CK(M)) and serially connected with a tenth thin film transistor (T10) in an output module (400) of the nth-level GOA unit, when the signal is interrupted and touch control scanning is carried out, output of the clock signal is prevented and output competition at an output end (G(n)) can be prevented; through arranging a twelfth thin film transistor (T12) controlled by a global control signal (Gas) in a pull-down module (600) at the output end and setting a composite signal (CS) into a pulse signal consistent with the touch control scanning signal when the signal is interrupted and the touch control scanning is carried out, the twelfth thin film transistors (T12) in GOA units of all levels can be opened, output ends of the GOA units of all levels output composite signals (CS) consistent with the touch control scanning signals (TP), potential jump at the output end of the GOA units of all levels is consistent with the touch control scanning signals, and delay of the touch control scanning signals is reduced.
