The invention discloses a resource releasing method. An evolved NodeB (eNB) sends a downlink SPS (Semi-Persistent Scheduling) resource releasing command to user equipment (UE) through physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) at a moment corresponding to the SPS, and temporarily reserves an uplink feedback channel corresponding to the corresponding downlink SPS resource; if the eNB receives feedback of the downlink SPS resource releasing command of the PDCCH from the UE but does not receive feedback of an SPS data channel from the UE, the corresponding downlink SPS resource is successfully released. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a resource releasing device capable of improving the reliability of SPS release. The invention further discloses a resource allocating method and a network apparatus, which can allocate the resource that the UE releases due to uplink loss of synchronism to the UE so as to perform successive normal data transmission. The invention further discloses a resource reserving method and a resource reserving device, which can ensure timely sending of the data of high-priority services.

本发明公开一种资源释放的方法,包括:演进基站eNB在半静态调度SPS对应时刻通过物理下行控制信道PDCCH向用户设备UE发送下行SPS资源释放命令,且所述eNB暂时保留所述相应的下行SPS资源对应的上行反馈信道;如果eNB接收到所述UE对PDCCH信道的下行SPS资源释放命令的反馈,且没有收到所述UE对SPS数据信道的反馈,则确定相应的下行SPS资源成功释放。同时,本发明还公开一种资源释放的装置,能够提高SPS释放的可靠性。本发明还公开一种资源分配的方法及网络设备,能够及时为UE重新分配UE由于上行失步而释放的资源,以便后续正常的数据传输。本发明还公开一种资源保留的方法及装置,能够保证高优先级业务的数据及时发送。
