The invention discloses a sorting method and device of random access channel ZC sequence. The method includes: step 1, ZC sequences are divided into a low cube measure group and a high cube measure group according to a QPSK cube measure to ensure every ZC sequence index in the low cube measure group is less or more than every sequence index in the high cube measure group; step 2, the sequences in the low cube measure group and the high cube measure group are respectively divided into S subgroups by S-1 biggest circle shift thresholds according to a supporting biggest cell radius or biggest circle shifts of the ZC sequence in a high speed environment; step 3, the sequences are sorted in every subgroup according to the cube measure of the ZC sequence, thereby, the ZC sequence in contiguous subgroups of the low cube measure group and the high cube measure group have different orders, and the sequences in contiguous subgroups of the low cube measure group and the high cube measure group have the same order.
