CLAIMS

What is claimed is:

1. A filter media, comprising:

a first layer comprising nanofibers, wherein the nanofibers comprise a multiblock copolymer comprising one or more poly(amide) blocks, and wherein the one or more poly(amide) blocks make up greater than or equal to 20 mol% and less than 100 mol% the multiblock copolymer; and

a second layer.

2. A filter media, comprising:

a first layer comprising nanofibers, wherein the nanofibers comprise an elastomer, and wherein the nanofibers are at least partially fibrillated; and

a second layer.

3. A filter media, comprising:

a first layer comprising nanofibers, wherein the nanofibers comprise an elastomer, and wherein the first layer has an initial water contact angle of greater than or equal to 70°; and

a second layer.

4. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the first layer is a non- woven fiber web.

5. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the second layer is a non-woven fiber web.

6. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the elastomer is a thermoplastic elastomer.

7. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the elastomer comprises a copolymer.

8. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the copolymer comprises repeat units comprising an ether group.

9. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the copolymer comprises repeat units comprising an amide group.

10. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the copolymer comprises repeat units comprising an ester group.

11. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the copolymer comprises repeat units formed by polymerization of styrene monomers.

12. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the copolymer comprises repeat units formed by polymerization of diene monomers.

13. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the diene monomers butadiene monomers.

14. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the diene monomers comprise repeat units formed by polymerization of isoprene monomers.

15. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the copolymer comprises repeat units formed by polymerization of fluorinated monomers.

16. A filter media as in any preceding claim, wherein the fluorinated monomers comprise vinylidene difluoride monomers.
