Systems and methods to provide advanced detection of parking spot for a vehicle are described. Signals reflected from one or more objects are received using at least one of a plurality of sensors coupled to a vehicle (operation 301). One or more images are generated based on the reflected signals (operation 302). One or more empty spaces as candidates for one or more available parking spots for the vehicle are determined based on the one or more images (operation 303). A map including the one or more available parking spots for the vehicle is generated (operation 304).

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant de fournir une détection avancée d'une place de stationnement pour un véhicule. Des signaux réfléchis par un ou plusieurs objets sont reçus à l'aide d'au moins un capteur d'une pluralité de capteurs couplés à un véhicule (opération 301). Une ou plusieurs images sont générées d'après les signaux réfléchis (opération 302). Un ou plusieurs espaces vides sont déterminés comme candidats à une ou plusieurs places de stationnement disponibles pour le véhicule d'après l'image ou les images (opération 303). Une carte comprenant la ou les places de stationnement disponibles pour le véhicule est générée (opération 304).
