A method for video processing is provided. The method includes determining that a conversion between a current video block of a video and a coded representation of the current video block is based on a non-affine inter AMVR mode; and performing the conversion based on the determining, wherein the coded representation of the current video block is based on a context based coding, and wherein a context used for coding the current video block is modeled without using an affine AMVR mode information of a neighboring block during the conversion.

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement vidéo. Le procédé comprend le fait de déterminer qu’une conversion entre un bloc vidéo actuel d’une vidéo et une représentation codée du bloc vidéo actuel est basée sur un mode inter AMVR (résolution de vecteur de mouvement adaptatif) non affine ; et la réalisation de la conversion sur la base de la détermination, la représentation codée du bloc vidéo actuel étant basée sur un codage basé sur un contexte, et un contexte utilisé pour coder le bloc vidéo actuel étant modélisé sans utiliser une information de mode AMVR affine d’un bloc voisin durant la conversion.
