The present invention relates to a compression locking-type bone fixing device and, more specifically, to a compression locking-type bone fixing device comprising: a bone screw comprising a body part, which has threads formed along the outer diameter thereof, and a head part, which has threads formed along the outer diameter thereof; a bone plate having at least one locking hole, which has threads formed along the inner diameter thereof and comprises a loading surface on which a portion of the lower surface of the head part is loaded and a through-hole formed in the center of the loading surface; and a locking nut, which has a first spiral part having threads formed along the inner diameter thereof, and a second spiral part having threads formed along the outer diameter thereof, wherein the first spiral part and the second spiral part of the locking nut are spirally coupled to the head part of the bone screw and the locking hole, respectively. According to the present invention, the head part of the bone screw presses the bone plate so as to allow the bone plate to compress the bone, and the locking nut is simultaneously fastened to the head part of the bone screw and the locking hole of the bone plate, and thus compressing of a cortical screw and fastening of the locking screw can be simultaneously achieved.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation osseuse de type à verrouillage par compression et, plus précisément, un dispositif de fixation osseuse de type à verrouillage par compression comprenant : une vis à os comprenant une partie corps, qui a des filetages formés le long de son diamètre externe, et une partie tête, qui a des filetages formés le long de son diamètre externe ; une plaque osseuse ayant au moins un trou de verrouillage, qui a des filets formés le long de son diamètre interne et comprend une surface de chargement sur laquelle une partie de la surface inférieure de la partie tête est chargée et un trou traversant formé au centre de la surface de chargement ; et un écrou de verrouillage, qui a une première partie en spirale ayant des filetages formés le long de son diamètre interne, et une seconde partie en spirale ayant des filetages formés le long de son diamètre externe, la première partie en spirale et la seconde partie en spirale de l'écrou de verrouillage étant accouplées en spirale respectivement, à la partie tête de la vis à os et au trou de verrouillage. Selon la présente invention, la partie tête de la vis à os presse la plaque osseuse de façon à permettre à la plaque osseuse de comprimer l'os, et l'écrou de verrouillage est simultanément fixé à la partie tête de la vis à os et au trou de verrouillage de la plaque osseuse, et ainsi la compression d'une vis corticale et la fixation de la vis de verrouillage peuvent être réalisées simultanément.

본 발명은, 압박 잠금식 뼈 고정 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 외경을 따라 나사산이 형성된 몸체부와, 외경을 따라 나사산이 형성된 머리부로 구성된 뼈 나사와, 내경을 따라 나사산이 형성되며, 머리부의 하면 일부분이 안착되는 안착면과, 안착면의 중앙에 형성된 관통홀로 이루어진 적어도 하나 이상의 잠김 홀을 구비한 뼈 플레이트 및 내경을 따라 나사산이 형성된 제1 나선부와, 외경을 따라 나사산이 형성된 제2 나선부를 구비한 잠금 너트를 포함하며, 잠금 너트의 제1 나선부와 제2 나선부가 뼈 나사의 머리부와 잠김 홀에 각각 나선결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압박 잠금식 뼈 고정 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 뼈 나사의 머리부가 뼈 플레이트를 가압하여 뼈 플레이트가 뼈를 압박하게 하고, 뼈 나사의 머리부와 뼈 플레이트의 잠김 홀에 잠금 너트가 동시에 체결됨으로써, 피질골 나사의 압박작용과 잠금 나사의 체결작용을 동시에 달성할 수 있다.
