Technical Field

The invention relates to the construction of a developed lighting fixture with a light guided plate.

In particular, the invention is a developed lighting fixture with light guided plate that provides both direct and indirect illumination by directing the light plate light in luminaires from the light source at the edge to the prismatic structures at the top and / or bottom, and at the end by diffraction, reflection and scattering.

Background of the Invention

Lighting is one of the most important factors affecting productive working in work environments and offices. Lighting fixture; appropriate light intensity, glare value and homogeneity. The specified parameters provide eye comfort during operation.

Unqualified diffusers are used in the products of the prior art. They do not direct light from the LEDs. Since such unlighted LEDs cannot produce the desired light pattern, some places are dark in this case; some places remain extremely bright. In other words, the desired homogeneity value cannot be achieved.

Another important point is to change the angle of the light, to orient it, to distribute it with a light guide, and to use the light you produce with the LED. Lens systems are most needed in this regard. For this reason, the optical issue is of great importance in the use of LEDs.

Another problem with the current technique is the problem of the formation of hot spots and glare on the LEDs. This is because the LEDs emit spot light. To solve this problem, opal diffusers are used. It is not possible to direct the light with diffusers with this material.

Suspended luminaires usually provide direct lighting. The darkness of the indirect part creates contrast in the environment and adversely affects eye comfort by disrupting homogeneity.

For the aforementioned reasons, there was a need to construct a new developed lighting fixture with a light guided plate.

Object of the Invention

From this position of the art, it is an object of the invention to provide a new developed lighting fixture with a light guided plate which eliminates the present disadvantages.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which provides both direct and indirect illumination and maintains homogeneity in the environment and supports eye comfort.

Another object of the invention is to provide a light guide with optical properties that provide direct and indirect illumination in office environments.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which provides the lighting values in accordance with the standards in office environments.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which provides comfortable vision by preventing glare and glare of LEDs.

Another object of the invention is to provide a controlled structure which prevents the formation of bright spots called hotspots.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which allows the users to use a more comfortable lighting fixture.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The invention relates to a developed light fixture with a light guided plate (3) which provides both direct and indirect illumination by directing the light plate light in the luminaires used in the lighting sector from the light source at the edge to the desired regions by diffraction, reflection and scattering characterized in that; comprises, the LED (1 ) positioned as the light source, the optical lens (5) transmitting the light from said LED (1 ) to said light guided plate (3) and transmitting the light parallel to the body of the light guided plate (3) without any loss, the prismatic structure (6) positioned on the lower and / or upper surface of the light guided plate (3) for reflecting said light in the desired shape and angle, and the last portion (7) which is part of said light from the light guided plate (3).

Lighting fixture construction according to the invention consists main parts of; the LED (1 ) positioned as the light source, the light guided plate (3) having an optical structure positioned in front of said LED (1 ), the optical lens (5) transmitting the light parallel to the body of the light guided plate (3) by matching the light exiting from said LED (1 ) to said light guided plate (3) without any loss, the prismatic structure (6) positioned on the lower and / or upper surface of the light guided plate (3) for reflecting said light in the desired shape and angle, diffracted light (4) diffused from said LED (1 ) by the optical lens (5), the reflected light (2) by exiting said LED (1 ) by hitting the lower or upper surface of the light guided plate (3), the reflected light (2) by exiting said LED (1) by hitting the lower or upper surface of the light guided plate (3), the last part (7), which is the part from which a portion of said light is separated from the light guided plate (3), the profile (8) positioned as the structure on which said light guided plates (3) are fixed, plate slot (8.1 ) formed on the right and left sides of said profile (8) and for fixing said light guided plates (3) and angle adjustment mechanism (8.2) for fixing said light guided plates (3) at the desired angle.

With the present invention, the light emitted from the LED (1 ) is controlled by the light guided plate (3) with optical structure, providing both direct and indirect illumination and sets the parameters necessary for eye comfort in office environments.

With the optical lens (5), which is the part that connects said LED (1 ) to the light guided plate (3), the light is transmitted in parallel to the body of the light guided plate (3) without any loss. The diffracted light (4) advances towards the body of the light guided plate (3).

Similarly, a portion of the light is reflected from the side surfaces of the light guided plate (3) and advances to the body of the light guided plate (3) as reflected light (2).

Said light guided plate (3) may be made of a transparent and optically efficient material such as PMMA, PC or silicone.

In the body of said light guided plate (3), prismatic structures (6) are positioned to direct light to the surface.

Said prismatic structures (6) are triangular, round, conical and so on. Said prismatic structures (6) may have the same and / or different angles and / or dimensions with each other. Thanks to the prismatic structures (6) placed on the upper surface, the reflected light (2) can be revealed by reflecting the incoming light as desired.

The light coming to the last part (7) of said light guided plate (3) is separated from the light guided plate (3) by diffraction, scattering and / or reflection.

A part of the light is emitted from the upper surface of the light guided plate (3) and a part from the lower surface. Thus, both direct and indirect lighting is provided.

The pattern and ratio of light exiting from the lower surface and the upper surface of said light guided plate (3) is provided by optimizing the prismatic structures (6).

Said light guided plates (3) can be used by inserting the profile (8). Said profile (8) may be made of aluminum or any other material.

With the angle adjustment mechanism (8.2) placed in said profile (8), the light guide plates (3) can be angled gradually in the desired direction. Thus, the light curve can be adjusted as desired. The parametric values of said prismatic structures (6) may vary within themselves.
