The present invention provides methods for obtaining mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived cells of chondro-osteoblastic lineage from MSC. The invention also relates to a population of MSC- derived cells of chondro-osteoblastic lineage obtained by the methods, a pharmaceutical formulation comprising the population of MSC-derived cells of chondro-osteoblastic lineage, and their use in the treatment of a subject in need of transplantation of cells of chondro-osteoblastic lineage.

La présente invention concerne des procédés permettant d'obtenir des cellules de la lignée chondro-ostéoblastique dérivées de cellules souches mésenchymateuses (MSC) à partir de MSC. L'invention concerne également une population de cellules de la lignée chondro-ostéoblastique dérivées de MSC obtenues par ces procédés, une formulation pharmaceutique comprenant la population de cellules de la lignée chondro-ostéoblastique dérivées de MSC, et leur utilisation dans le traitement d'un sujet nécessitant une transplantation de cellules de la lignée chondro-ostéoblastique.
