A method and device of polymerization to form 3D objects is provided. The method and device incorporate an inert immiscible liquid between a liquid monomer and a light source such that the liquid monomer is polymerized when exposed to polymerization light from the light source at a liquid monomer-inert immiscible liquid interface. The liquid monomer is polymerized into a solid polymer that forms the 3D object.

L'invention concerne une méthode et un dispositif de polymérisation pour former des objets 3D. La méthode et le dispositif incorporent un liquide non miscible inerte entre un monomère liquide et une source de lumière de telle sorte que le monomère liquide est polymérisé lorsqu'il est exposé à une lumière de polymérisation provenant de la source de lumière au niveau d'une interface liquide non miscible inerte - monomère liquide. Le monomère liquide est polymérisé en un polymère solide qui forme l'objet 3D.
