(EN) A dental implant fixture (200) of the present invention comprises: a first fixing part (210) fixedly implanted into a cancellous bone; and a second fixing part (250) fixedly implanted into a cortical bone, wherein a screw thread of the second fixing part (250) and a screw thread of the first fixing part (210) have different shapes in order to make a pressing load of the cortical bone by the second fixing part (250) smaller than a pressing load of the cancellous bone by the first fixing part (210).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil d'implant dentaire (200) comprenant : une première partie de fixation (210) implantée de manière fixe dans un os spongieux; et une seconde partie de fixation (250) implantée de manière fixe dans un os cortical, un filet de vis de la seconde partie de fixation (250) et un filet de vis de la première partie de fixation (210) ont des formes différentes afin de réaliser une charge de pression de l'os cortical par la seconde partie de fixation (250) inférieure à une charge de pression de l'os spongieux par la première partie de fixation (210).
(KO) 본 발명의 치과용 임플란트 고정체(200)는 해면골에 고정되게 식립되는 제1고정부(210)와 피질골에 고정되게 식립되는 제2고정부(250)를 포함하며, 제2고정부(250)에 의한 피질골의 압박 하중을 제1고정부(210)에 의한 해면골의 압박 하중 보다 작게 하기 위하여, 제2고정부(250)의 나사산과 제1고정부(210)의 나사산이 다른 형태를 갖는다.
