(EN) The invention relates to a package (10) for a smokeless tobacco product comprising a can (12), a sealing member (14) and a lid (16). The lid comprises a waste compartment (42) and is configured to close the can (12). The can (12) comprises a bottom wall and a side wall (22) forming a storage space (18), the side wall having a top surface (32), wherein the package (10) further comprises a sealing member (14) being configured to be attached to an inner portion (30) (22) and the top surface (32) of the side wall (22) of the can (12) and wherein the sealing member (14) is preformed to have a substantially cup-like shape such that the sealing member (14) has a bottom surface (24) and a peripheral wall (26) extending substantially perpendicular from the bottom surface (24).
(FR) L'invention concerne un emballage (10) destiné à un produit de tabac sans fumée comprenant une boîte (12), un élément d'étanchéité (14) et un couvercle (16). Le couvercle comprend un compartiment à déchets (42) et est conçu pour fermer la boîte (12). La boîte (12) comprend une paroi inférieure et une paroi latérale (22) formant un espace de stockage (18), la paroi latérale comportant une surface supérieure (32), l'emballage (10) comprenant en outre un élément d'étanchéité (14) conçu pour être fixé à une partie intérieure (30) (22) et à la surface supérieure (32) de la paroi latérale (22) de la boîte (12) et l'élément d'étanchéité (14) étant préformé de sorte à présenter une forme sensiblement en coupelle, de sorte que l'élément d'étanchéité (14) comporte une surface inférieure (24) et une paroi périphérique (26) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement par rapport à la surface inférieure (24).
