The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for combining a 5G communication system that supports higher data transmission rates after 4G systems with IoT technology and to the system therefor. The present disclosure can be applied for intelligent services based on 5G communication technology and IoT related technology (for example, smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, healthcare, digital education, retail businesses, security and safety related services, and the like). A method for determining an uplink transmission resource of a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: obtaining one or more of first distance information between a first base station supporting a first communication system and a terminal supporting the first communication system, and second distance information between a second base station supporting a second communication system and the terminal; and determining a frequency resource and transmission power for uplink signal transmission of the first terminal based on one or more of the obtained first distance information and second distance information.

La présente invention concerne une technique de communication permettant de combiner avec la technologie IoT un système de communication 5G qui prend en charge des débits de transmission de données supérieurs et postérieurs aux systèmes 4G, ainsi que le système associé. La présente invention peut être appliquée à des services intelligents basés sur une technologie de communication 5G et sur une technologie IoT associée (par exemple des domiciles intelligents, des bâtiments intelligents, des villes intelligentes, des voitures intelligentes ou des voitures connectées, des soins de santé, l'éducation numérique, des commerces de détail, des services associés à la sécurité des biens et des personnes et autres). Un procédé de détermination d'une ressource de transmission en liaison ascendante d'un système de communication sans fil comprend les étapes consistant à : obtenir des premières informations sur une distance entre une première station de base prenant en charge un premier système de communication et un terminal prenant en charge le premier système de communication et/ou des secondes informations sur une distance entre une seconde station de base prenant en charge un second système de communication et le terminal ; et déterminer une ressource de fréquence et une puissance de transmission permettant une transmission de signaux en liaison ascendante du premier terminal sur la base des premières et/ou des secondes informations sur une distance obtenues.
