Provided is a mobile device including a first body portion containing operational components of the mobile device, a second body portion coupled to the first body portion on a rear surface, containing auxiliary operational components of the mobile device, and a coupling hinge coupling the first body portion to the second body portion and for providing movement of the second body portion from a first position to a second position. The first body portion has a display surface and the rear surface opposite the display surface. The rear surface has a cavity. In the first position, the second body portion is recessed within the cavity of the first body portion. In the second position, the second body portion is positioned on the rear surface of the first body portion and the cavity is at least partially open to form a grip area.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif mobile comprenant : une première partie de corps contenant des composants opérationnels du dispositif mobile; une seconde partie de corps couplée à la première partie de corps sur une surface arrière et contenant des composants opérationnels auxiliaires du dispositif mobile; et une articulation de couplage couplant la première partie de corps à la seconde partie de corps et conçue pour permettre un mouvement de la seconde partie de corps depuis une première position jusqu'à une seconde position. La première partie de corps comporte une surface d'affichage et la surface arrière opposée à la surface d'affichage. La surface arrière comporte une cavité. Dans la première position, la seconde partie de corps est en retrait dans la cavité de la première partie de corps. Dans la seconde position, la seconde partie de corps est positionnée sur la surface arrière de la première partie de corps et la cavité est au moins partiellement ouverte de façon à former une zone de préhension.
