Claims

1. A wireless signaling device attached to an preferably portable communication device, comprising

- a communication unit that ensures at least a one-way communication connection with the communication device,

an actuator,

in given case a control unit that is in connection with the actuator,

where the output of the control unit is connected to the input of the communication device that ensures the communication connection,

characterized in that the signaling device (1) is realized as an accessory of the preferably portable communication device.

2. A wireless signaling device according to a claim 1 characterized in that the accessory is formed as a case (6) hosting at least partially the communication device.

3. A wireless signaling device according to claim 1 characterized in that the accessory is a supplementary unit that is connected in a releasable manner to the communication device.

4. A wireless signaling device according to any of the claims 1 to 3 characterized in that the actuator (4) comprises a press button.

5. A wireless signaling device according to claim 4 characterized in that the actuator (4) comprises two press buttons spaced apart.

6. A wireless signaling device according to any of the claims 2 or 3 and 4 or 5 characterized in that the press button is arranged entirely within the case (6).

7. A wireless signaling device according to claim 6 characterized in that the press button is arranged within the case (6) in a way that provides protection against environmental impacts.

8. A wireless signaling device corresponding to any of the claims 1 to 7 characterized in that that the control unit and the communication unit (2) that provides at least a one-way communication connection with the communication device are arranged entirely within the case (6).

9. A wireless signaling device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that that either the case (6) or the supplementary unit contains a power supply unit (3) that provides the power supply of the signaling device (1).

10. A wireless signaling device according to claim 9 characterized in that that the power supply unit (3) is implemented as a rechargeable battery.

11. A wireless signaling device according to claim 10 characterized in that that the power supply unit (3) also contains a battery charging module.

12. A wireless signaling device according to claim 11 characterized in that that the battery charging module has an electric connection to the terminals of the power supply voltage of the portable communication device.

13. A wireless signaling device according to claim 11 characterized in that that the battery charging module contains an antenna that captures electromagnetic energy.

14. A wireless signaling device according to any of the claims 1 to 13 characterized in that that the control unit includes a module that detects the operation of the actuator (4) and based on this it issues a control signal for the communication unit, which communication unit ensures at least a one-way communication connection with the communication device.

15. A wireless signaling device according to claim 1 characterized in that that the control unit contains a processor device and a memory device that has a connection with this processor device.

16. A signaling device according to claim 15 characterized in that it is formed as a memory device that contains an operation instruction series for activating the processor to execute a series of program instructions that is also stored in the memory device when the memory device is run.

17. A signaling device according to claim 3 characterized in that the supplementary unit is designed in a manner that establishes a mechanical and an electric connection with the communication device through a releasable connection.

18. A signaling device according to claim 3 characterized in that that the supplementary unit has a wireless communication connection with the communication device.

19. A signaling device according to claim 18 characterized in that that the wireless communication connection is a connection that meets at least one of the wireless standards of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbie.

20. A signaling device according to any of the claims 1-19 characterized in that that there is an independent communication receiving module connected to the control unit.

21. A signaling device according to claim 20 characterized in that that there is an independent signaling module connected to the control unit.

22. A signaling device according to claim 21 characterized in that that the signaling module contains at least one of mechanical, acoustic and optical signaling elements.

23. A signaling device according to any of the claims 1 to 22 characterized in that that there is an actuator for acknowledgement attached to the control unit.

24. A signaling device according to claim 23 characterized in that that the actuator for acknowledgement comprises a press button.

25. A signaling device according to claim 23 characterized in that that the actuator for acknowledgement is realized virtually with the communication device.
