The purpose of the present invention is to provide a carbonated beverage having reduced caffeine bitterness that increases with carbonation. This carbonated beverage is characterized by containing caffeine and at least one type of bitterness-reducing substance selected from a group comprising (a) and (b), (a) being an extract of Laurus nobilis, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Elettaria cardamomum, or Zanthoxylum piperitum, and (b) being gin flavor.

L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir une boisson gazéifiée présentant une amertume due à la caféine réduite qui augmente avec la carbonatation. Cette boisson gazéifiée est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle contient de la caféine, et au moins un type de substance réduisant l'amertume choisie dans un groupe comprenant (a) et (b) ; (a) étant un extrait de Laurus nobilis, de Zanthoxylum bungeanum, d'Elettaria cardamomum ou de Zanthoxylum piperitum ; et b) étant un arôme de gin.
