(EN) An electron photosensitive conductor of the present invention is provided with a cylindrical base and a photosensitive layer formed on the cylindrical base. The photosensitive layer has at least a photoconductor layer provided on the cylindrical base, a charge injection stopping layer formed on the photoconductor layer, and a surface layer formed on the charge injection stopping layer. The charge injection stopping layer includes at least one of nitrogen and oxygen, and includes carbon and a representative element in the Group 13 elements. The included amount of at least nitrogen and oxygen included in the charge injection stopping layer is less on the surface layer side than on the photoconductor layer side.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un conducteur d'électrons photosensible qui comporte une base cylindrique et une couche photosensible formée sur la base cylindrique. La couche photosensible a au moins une couche de photoconducteur disposée sur la base cylindrique, une couche d'arrêt d'injection de charges formée sur la couche de photoconducteur et une couche de surface formée sur la couche d'arrêt d'injection de charges. La couche d'arrêt d'injection de charges comprend au moins l'un de l'azote et de l'oxygène et comprend du carbone et un élément représentatif dans les éléments du Groupe 13. La quantité incluse d'au moins l'azote et l'oxygène inclus dans la couche d'arrêt d'injection de charges est plus faible sur le côté couche de surface que sur le côté couche de photoconducteur.
