The present invention relates to a vapor-lock reducing device for brakes, to which end the vapor-lock reducing device includes two hydraulic cylinders. Also, the vapor-lock reducing device includes: a caliper controlling a brake disk through a brake pad interlocked by each of the hydraulic cylinders; an oil pressure supply line connected from a master cylinder connected to the brake pedal of a vehicle to each of the hydraulic cylinders of the caliper; an oil pressure return line connected to an oil reservoir to supply brake oil from each of the hydraulic cylinders of the caliper to the master cylinder; and a heat pipe partially inserted into each of the hydraulic cylinders of the caliper to dissipate heat from the brake oil within the hydraulic cylinders. In the heat pipe, an evaporator is inserted into each of the hydraulic cylinders to prevent the brake oil within each of the hydraulic cylinders from being overheated, and a condenser is exposed to the outside. Thus, the vapor-lock phenomenon resulting from the overheating of the brake oil within the hydraulic cylinders may be reduced to maintain stable oil pressure.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de réduction des bouchons de vapeur dans les freins et à cette fin le dispositif de réduction des bouchons de vapeur comprend deux vérins hydrauliques. De plus, le dispositif de réduction des bouchons de vapeur comprend: un étrier contrôlant un disque de frein par l'intermédiaire d'une plaquette de frein verrouillé réciproquement par chacun des vérins hydrauliques; une conduite d'alimentation de pression d'huile allant d'un maître-cylindre, raccordé à la pédale de frein d'un véhicule, à chacun des vérins hydrauliques de l'étrier; une conduite de retour de pression d'huile raccordée à un réservoir d'huile pour alimenter le maître-cylindre en liquide de freinage provenant de chacun des vérins hydrauliques de l'étrier; et un caloduc partiellement introduit dans chacun des vérins hydrauliques de l'étrier pour dissiper la chaleur provenant du liquide de freinage à l'intérieur des vérins hydrauliques. Dans le caloduc, un évaporateur est introduit dans chacun des vérins hydrauliques pour empêcher le liquide de freinage à l'intérieur de chacun des vérins hydrauliques de surchauffer et un condenseur est exposé à l'air extérieur. Ainsi, on peut réduire le phénomène de bouchon de vapeur découlant de la surchauffe du liquide de freinage à l'intérieur des vérins hydrauliques pour maintenir une pression d'huile stable.

본 발명은 브레이크의 베이퍼록 감소장치에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 내부에 2개의 유압실린더가 형성되고, 상기 각 유압실린더에 의해 연동되는 브레이크패드을 통해 브레이크디스크를 단속하는 캘리퍼;와, 차량의 브레이크페달과 연결된 마스터실린더에서 캘리퍼의 각 유압실린더로 연결되는 유압공급라인;과, 상기 캘리퍼의 각 유압실린더에서 마스터실린더로 브레이크오일을 공급할 수 있도록 오일리저버에 연결되는 유압리턴라인; 및 상기 캘리퍼의 각 유압실린더에 부분 삽입되어 유압실린더의 브레이크오일의 온도를 방열하는 히트파이프;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 히트파이프는 상기 각 유압실린더 내의 브레이크오일이 과열되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 증발부가 상기 각 유압실린더의 내부에 삽입되고, 응축부는 외부로 노출되게 구성함으로써, 유압실린더 내의 브레이크오일 과열에 따른 베이퍼록 현상을 감소시켜 안정된 유압을 유지시킬 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
