An extrusion die device provided with a die holder (5) having a support hole (9) and also with a die assembly (10) contained in the support hole (9). The die assembly (10) comprises: a male die (OD) which is provided with a core member (15) having a protrusion section (15b) and also with a core case (13) for holding the core member (15); a female die (MD) which is provided with a body (11) engaged with the support hole (9) and having an engagement groove section (24) engaging with the core case (13) of the male die (OD), and which is also provided with an annular nested member (12) contained in a portion near a material supply section of the body (11); and a plate-like cap member (16) which is disposed at a position closer to the material supply section than the male die (OD), the plate-like cap member (16) covering a part of the core member (15) and being connected to the core case (13). The space between the nested member (12) and the core member (15) serves as a die hole (10A) through which an extrusion material is caused to pass.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de matrice d'extrusion qui comprend un porte-matrice (5) ayant un trou de support (9) et également un ensemble de matrice (10) contenu dans le trou de support (9). L'ensemble de matrice(10) comprend : une matrice mâle (OD) qui est munie d'un noyau (15) ayant une section saillante (15b) et d'une enveloppe de noyau (13) pour retenir le noyau (15) ; une matrice femelle (MD) qui est munie d'un corps (11) en prise avec le trou de support (9) et ayant une section de gorge d'engagement (24) s'engageant avec l'enveloppe de noyau (13) de la matrice mâle (OD), et qui est également munie d'un élément emboîté annulaire (12) contenu dans une partie proche d'une section d'alimentation en matière du corps (11) ; et un élément de capot (16) de type plaque, qui est disposé dans une position plus proche de la section d'alimentation en matière que la matrice mâle (OD), l'élément de capot (16) de type plaque recouvrant une partie du noyau (15) et étant raccordé à l'enveloppe de noyau (13). L'espace entre l'élément emboîté (12) et le noyau (15) sert de trou de matrice (10A) à travers lequel un matériau extrudé peut passer.
