The present invention relates to a starfish cartilage fresh-body drying method, more specifically, to a fresh-body drying method in which either air pressure or water pressure is used to remove the internal organs and thereby easily remove toxicity from a starfish, which is then immersed in an acidic solution in such a way as to prevent putrefaction. The method of the present invention comprises: a cutting stage in which the starfish is cut; followed by a cleaning stage involving cleaning with high-pressure air or water; followed by an immersion stage involving immersion in an acidic solution; and followed by a drying stage. According to the present method, the overall process is straightforward, processing time is reduced, toxicity is completely removed, putrefaction is easily prevented even after processing, transportation is easy, and there is hardly any breakdown of nutritional elements during the processing of the starfish, which adds to the utilization of another natural resource.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de séchage de corps cartilagineux d'étoile de mer, plus particulièrement un procédé de séchage de corps dans lequel une pression d'air ou d'eau est utilisée pour éliminer les organes internes et ainsi la toxicité d'une étoile de mer, laquelle est par la suite immergée dans une solution acide de façon à empêcher la putréfaction. Le procédé de la présente invention comprend : une étape de découpe dans laquelle l'étoile de mer est découpée; une étape de nettoyage dans laquelle un nettoyage à haute pression d'air ou d'eau est effectué; une étape d'immersion impliquant une immersion dans une solution acide; et une étape de séchage. Le procédé de l'invention présente les avantages suivants : simplicité, temps de traitement réduit, toxicité entièrement éliminée, prévention contre la putréfaction facilement assurée y compris après traitement, transport facilité, et pertes réduites des éléments nutritionnels lors du traitement de l'étoile de mer, ce qui s'ajoute à l'utilisation d'une autre ressource naturelle.

본 발명은 불가사리 연골 생체건조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 불가사리를 공기압이나 수압을 이용하여 내장을 제거하여 독성을 쉽게 제거하고, 산성용액에 침지(沈漬) 시킴으로써 부패를 방지할 수 있도록 한 생체건조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 불가사리 연골 생체건조방법에 있어서, 불가사리를 절단하는 절단단계와; 상기 절단단계 후에 고압의 공기 또는 물로 세척하는 세척단계와; 상기 세척단계 후에 산성용액에 침지(沈漬)시키는 침지(沈漬)단계와; 상기 침지단계 후에 건조시키는 건조단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 불가사리 연골 생체건조방법에 의하면 과정이 간단하여 가공시간이 짧고, 독성이 완전하게 제거되며, 가공 후에도 쉽게 부패하지않아 이동이 용이하며, 불가사리를 가공하는 도중에 영양소 파괴가 거의 없으므로, 다른 자원으로의 활용도가 높아지는 효과가 발생한다.
