The present invention relates to novel thiazolothiazole derivatives and an organic electronic device such as an organic light emitting device, an organic transistor, and an organic solar cell using the same. In the compound of the invention, various substituents are introduced to the core structure, so as to satisfy the requirements such as suitable energy levels, and electrochemical and thermal stability, and also have amorphous or crystalline property depending on the kind of the substituents, so as to satisfy the characteristics individually required for each of the devices. Further, an organic semiconductor of p-type or n-type can be fabricated by introducing various substituents to the core structure having a property of n-type. Therefore, the compound of the present invention can provide a device having higher stability.

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de thiazolothiazole et un dispositif électronique organique tel qu'un dispositif électroluminescent organique, un transistor organique et une cellule solaire les utilisant. Dans le composé selon l'invention, divers substituants sont introduits dans la structure centrale de manière à satisfaire les exigences telles que des niveaux énergétiques appropriés et une stabilité thermique et électrochimique. Le composé peut également avoir des propriétés amorphes ou cristallines selon le type de substituants, de manière à satisfaire les caractéristiques individuellement requises par chacun des dispositifs. Un semi-conducteur organique de type p ou n peut également être fabriqué en introduisant divers substituants dans la structure centrale ayant une propriété de type n. Le composé selon la présente invention peut donc permettre d'obtenir un dispositif de stabilité accrue.
