A sensate composition comprises a salivating component, a tingling component and a flavor, the salivating component being formed of at least a mixture of citric, malic and succinic acid, or of their salts, and the tingling component being formed of an ingredient selected from the group consisting of Jambu oleoresin, spilanthol, any extract containing either or both, and their mixtures. The sensate composition allows the preparation of consumer products having improved salivating properties.

La présente invention concerne une composition de sensation qui comprend un composant de salivation, un composant de picotement et un arôme, le composant de salivation étant formé d'au moins un mélange d'acide citrique, malique et succinique, ou de leurs sels, et le composant de picotement étant formé d'un ingrédient choisi dans le groupe constitué d'oléorésine de jambu, de spilanthol, d'un extrait quelconque contenant l'un ou les deux, et leurs mélanges. La composition de sensation permet la production d'articles de consommation ayant des propriétés de salivation améliorées.
