An ionizing-radiation crosslinkable PBT resin pellet having high mechanical strength and anti-reflow property suitable for lead-free soldering. There is provided an ionizing-radiation crosslinkable polybutylene terephthalate resin pellet containing a crosslinking agent capable of acting under ionizing radiation, wherein the content of crosslinking agent in the resin pellet is in the range of 1 to 25 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of polybutylene terephthalate resin, and wherein the ratio of unreacted portion to the crosslinking agent is ≥ 75 wt.%.

L’invention concerne une résine PBT réticulable ayant une force mécanique élevée et une propriété anti-reflux adaptée à un brasage sans plomb. L’invention concerne une pastille de résine réticulable en polybutène téréphtalate à rayonnement ionisant, contenant un agent de réticulation capable d’agir sous un rayonnement ionisant, dans laquelle le contenu de l’agent de réticulation dans la pastille de résine est compris entre 1 et 25 parties en poids par 100 parties en poids de résine en polybutène téréphthalate, et dans laquelle le rapport entre la partie n’ayant pas réagi et l’agent de réticulation est ³ 75 % en poids.
