TITLE
"TREATMENT APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF"
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a treatment apparatus and method of use therefor, in particular a treatment apparatus for the administration of energetic patterns to a subject for therapeutic or health promoting purposes.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Traditional homeopathic methods are typically founded upon the theory that diluted or ultra-diluted water may remember or be imprinted with the bioactivity or energetic pattern from certain substances. It is held that water is able to absorb and hold the energetic pattern of substances. Such substances are said to have certain therapeutic properties, which are transmitted as energetic patterns. Such energetic patterns may include vibrational, electromagnetic or electric fields, transmitted at specific frequencies. These energetic patterns correspond to and are specific to the substance with the known therapeutic property.
If a substance, having a known therapeutic property and energetic pattern corresponding to that therapeutic property, is solubilised in water, it is considered that an energetic imprint of the therapeutic property is absorbed and held by the water. The substance may be any homeopathic or other substance including, but not limited to, chemicals, plant or animal extracts, minerals and vitamins.
The purpose of the energetic imprint from a substance having a known therapeutic property is to resonate with the cells of the body of a subject being treated. The energetic pattern is essentially presented and communicated to the cells and body of an individual who ingests the solution or pellet containing the water with imprinted energetic pattern, in order to provide therapeutic or health promoting benefits to the recipient.
In this regard, traditional homeopathic treatment methods are somewhat limited in their application, as only a limited amount of energetic patterns from a limited number of substances may be imprinted into water in this manner. Further, traditional homeopathic treatment methods are also restricted in that the substance whose therapeutic properties are being imprinted into the water are generally necessarily substances that are ultimately soluble in water.
The present invention attempts to overcome at least in part the aforementioned disadvantages of previous treatment methods.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In accordance with one aspect of the present invention there is provided a treatment apparatus for the administration of a signal corresponding to at least one energetic pattern to a subject, the apparatus characterised by comprising an energetic pattern input means, an amplification means and an output means, wherein a substance having a energetic pattern corresponding to a therapeutic property is placed in communication with the energetic pattern input means such that the energetic pattern input means receives the energetic pattern and generates said corresponding signal, the input means being in communication with the amplification means such that the signal is amplified by the amplification means and applied to the cells or body of a subject by the output means for therapeutic or health promoting purposes.

In accordance with a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of treatment for therapeutic or health promoting purposes, characterised by having the steps of:
- communicating an energetic pattern corresponding to a therapeutic property from a substance to an energetic pattern input means, the energetic pattern input means generating a signal corresponding to the energetic pattern;
- amplifying the signal received by the energetic pattern input means; and

- communicating the signal corresponding to the amplified energetic pattern to a subject via an output means.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The present invention will now be described, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
Figure 1 is a schematic of a treatment apparatus in accordance with the present invention.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to the Figure, there is shown a treatment apparatus 10 for the administration of at least one energetic pattern corresponding to a therapeutic property of a substance to a subject in need of therapeutic treatment. The treatment apparatus 10 includes an input means 12 for receiving the or each energetic pattern of the substance and generating a signal corresponding to the energetic pattern. The treatment apparatus 10 also includes an amplification means 14 for amplifying the signal so received by the input means 12. The treatment apparatus 10 further includes a memory means 16 for storing information relevant to the or each energetic pattern received by the input means 12 and an output means 18 for communication of the signal corresponding to the or each energetic pattern to the subject that is to be treated.
The input means 12, amplification means 14 and memory means 16 are disposed substantially within a housing 22. The housing 22 is preferably a box 26. The housing 22 is preferably constructed from metal.
The housing 22 further encloses a power supply 24 to enable operation of the electronic circuitry of the treatment apparatus 10. The power supply 24 is preferably a battery, to enable the treatment apparatus 10 to be fully portable and completely isolated from a mains power supply.
The housing 22 further includes a control panel 23. The control panel 23 is preferably disposed on an upper surface 21 of the housing 22. The control panel 23 includes a plurality of buttons or switches to enable the operation of the treatment apparatus 10.
The input means 12 of the treatment apparatus 10 includes a plate member 20. The plate member 20 is disposed on the upper surface 21 of the housing 22. Preferably, the plate member 20 is a stainless steel plate. The plate member 20 is arranged to have a homeopathic or other substance having a known therapeutic property and energetic pattern corresponding to that therapeutic property placed thereupon.
The plate member 20 of the input means 12 is adapted to receive the energetic pattern of the substance so placed thereupon by means of direct contact between the plate member 20 and the substance placed thereupon. The energetic pattern may comprise vibrational energy or electromagnetic energy received by the input means 12. The imprinting of the or each energetic pattern onto the plate member 20 of the input means 12 is conducted in a manner analogous to the imprinting of water with energetic patterns in classical homeopathic methodology. The input means includes a transducer to convert the energy received by the plate member 20 to a corresponding electrical signal.
The input means 12 is in operative communication with the amplification means 14, such that the signal generated by the energetic pattern is transmitted to the amplification means 14. The amplification means 14 is comprised of electronic circuitry components, arranged to amplify the signal corresponding to the energetic patterns from the substance placed into communication with the input means 12.
The electronic components of the amplification means 14 are enclosed within the housing 22. The components of the amplification means 14 has the effect of amplifying the frequencies corresponding to the energetic patterns of the substance placed into contact with the input means 12. In this manner, it is hypothesised that an energy pattern that has been amplified by the amplification means 14 of the treatment apparatus 10 will have a stronger and longer lasting therapeutic effect on the subject being treated. The amplification of the signal corresponding to the energetic pattern may be effected in a manner known to the person skilled in the field of electronics without diverging from the essence of the present invention.
The memory means 16 of the treatment apparatus 10 is comprised of known electronic components. The components of the memory means 16 are disposed within the housing 22. The memory means 16 has the function of storing information relevant to the energetic patterns corresponding the therapeutic property of the substance placed into communication with the input means 12. The memory means 16 further includes a memory retrieval means 19. The memory retrieval means 19 is in operative communication with the output means 18, such that information corresponding to a particular energetic pattern may be retrieved from the memory means 16 where it is stored, and communicated to the output means 18. Retrieval of a particular energetic pattern may be elicited by operation of buttons on the control panel 23 upon the upper surface 21 of the housing 22.
The output means 18 is also in communication with the amplification means 14 of the treatment apparatus 10. The output means 18 permits communication of the amplified signal corresponding to the energetic pattern to the subject that is to be treated. The output means 18 outputs the amplified signal corresponding to the energetic pattern as specific frequencies that resonate the cells, including cells of the brain and nervous system of the subject receiving treatment from the treatment apparatus 10. The output means 18 effects the presentation of the amplified signal corresponding to the energetic patterns to the cells or body of the subject being treated by presenting phased biased pulses concurrently so as to cause a phased energy response in the nucleus of the cells of the subject. Preferably, the signal that is outputted by the output means 18 is an analog signal.
Optionally, the amplification means 14 is in operative communication with a gas plasma tube (not shown). The gas plasma tube may be any type of gas plasma tube that is commercially available or has been specifically manufactured for this particular purpose. Preferably, the signal is communicated to the gas plasma tube via a coil disposed around the gas plasma tube.
The signal is typically transmitted to the gas plasma tube wherein the or each signal is conditioned for application to the subject being treated. Transmission of the or each signal to the gas plasma tube causes a resonance condition to be developed in the gas. The action of transmitting the or each signal through the gas plasma tube takes advantage of the properties of a plasma, wherein electrons are excited under the influence of the or each signal transmitted thereto. This in turn causes a gained potential energy to be released. The or each conditioned signal is emitted from the gas plasma tube as a negative wave. The conditioned signal is then applied to a selected acupuncture point through the output means 18.
Alternatively, the gas plasma tube may be used on the input side of the circuit, rather than in connection with the output, as described above. That is the plasma tube may be in communication with the input means 12 so that the plasma tube performs the same signal conditioning as described above on the signal generated by the input means 12.
Preferably, the treatment apparatus 10 further includes a signal generating means (not shown). The signal generating means is provided to enable the treatment apparatus 10 to be able to generate and output preselected frequencies or energetic patterns that are known to correspond to individual or multiple homeopathic remedies. Further, the signal generating means may also be used to generate signals that do not correspond to individual or multiple homeopathic substances but are found or known to elicit the same therapeutic response.

In a first embodiment of the present invention, the output means 18 comprises an output terminal 28 and at least one handgrip 30. The output terminal 28 may be provided as a port, adapted to receive an electronic plug or jack.
The or each handgrip 30 is in operative communication with the output terminal 28 by means of a connecting wire 32. The connecting wire 32 may be any type of wire capable of transmitting the signal corresponding to the energetic pattern. Each connecting wire 32 is connected at a first end 34 to the output terminal 28 and at a second end 36 to the handgrip 30. Preferably, the output means 18 of this embodiment includes two connecting wires 32, each having a handgrip 30 at their respective second ends 36. Each handgrip 30 is arranged to be grasped by the subject being treated with the treatment apparatus 10 to enable the or each amplified signal corresponding to the energetic pattern to be outputted to the subject via the handgrips 30.
In a second embodiment of the present invention, the output means 18 includes an output terminal 128 substantially as hereinbefore described with respect to the first embodiment. A connecting wire 132 extends outwardly at a first end 134 thereof from the output terminal 128. The connecting wire 132 has a coiled portion 42 at a second end 136 thereof.
The coil portion 42 of the connecting wire 132 is arranged longitudinally about a laser emitter 38. Further, the coil portion 42 of the connecting wire 132 is in operative communication with the laser emitter 38. In this manner, a laser beam emitted from the laser emitter 38 may be modulated. The laser emitter 38 is preferably provided as a low powered laser. The laser beam emitted from the laser emitter 38 acts to transmit the or each amplified signal corresponding to the energetic pattern from the treatment apparatus 10 to the subject being treated. Preferably, the or each amplified signal corresponding to the energetic pattern is transmitted from the treatment apparatus 10 to the subject by shining the emitted laser beam from the laser emitter 38 directly onto the body of the subject. Preferably, the laser beam is shone directly onto acupuncture meridian points of the subjects' body.
In a third embodiment of the present invention, the output means 18 includes a slot 44. The slot 44 is arranged on a side of the housing 22. The slot 44 is adapted to receive a card member 46. The card member 46 is provided with a magnetic strip 48. The magnetic strip 48 is pretuned to the resonant frequency of the amplification means 14. The magnetic strip 48 is pretuned to enable the magnetic strip 48 to be imprinted with the signal corresponding to the energetic pattern. Preferably, the magnetic strip 48 is arranged longitudinally upon a surface 50 of the card member 46.
The card member 46 and magnetic strip 48 thereupon is in operative communication with the amplification means 14 when the card member 46 is
i
inserted into the slot 44. In this manner, the or each signal corresponding to the energetic pattern, amplified by the amplification means 14 may be imprinted onto the magnetic strip 48 of the card member 46. The or each signal corresponding to the energetic pattern imprinted onto the magnetic strip 48 of the card member 46 may then be presented to the subject being treated by the subject contacting the card member 46 with their body.
It is further envisaged that the output means 18 may also include applications of audio output, visual stimulae or any other appropriate methods of stimulation without departing from the scope of the present invention. In such a manner, the or each signal corresponding to the energetic pattern may be transmitted to the subject being treated with the treatment apparatus 10.
In a fourth embodiment of the present invention, the output means 18 of the treatment apparatus 10 is used to apply the or each signal corresponding to the energetic pattern to selected substances. In this manner, the or each signal is imprinted upon the substance. The substance may be selected from any inert substance or non living material, for example, water.
The or each signal imprinted upon the selected substance may be derived from the or each signal received by the treatment apparatus 10 through the input means 12 or may be a signal generated by the signal generating means. The substance so imprinted with the or each signal may then be used appropriately to convey the effect of the energetic pattern.
Optionally, the treatment apparatus 10 of any of the embodiments described above may be in operative communication with a measuring device (not shown). The measuring device includes a first probe and a second probe. The first probe is arranged to be held by the treatment subject, whilst the second probe is held by an operator of the treatment device 10. Whilst the first probe is being held by the treatment subject, the second probe is placed onto acupuncture points on the body of the treatment subject. In this manner, the skin resistance of that particular acupuncture point may be measured. Measurement of the skin resistance at any given acupuncture point may determine whether or not the resistance is in a predetermined optimal range.

Preferably, the measuring device is also in operative communication with a display means. The display means indicates the resistance readings that are measured by the measuring device. Even more preferably, the measuring device is in operative communication with a memory means, such as a computer. In this way, the or each resistance measurement taken by the measurement means may be recorded and stored.
In use, the substance having the therapeutic property and signal corresponding to the energetic pattern that it is wished to have transmitted to the subject being treated, is placed upon the plate member 20 of the input means 12. The direct contact between the plate member 20 and the substance placed thereupon enables the communication of the signal corresponding to the energetic pattern from the substance to the input means 12 of the treatment apparatus 10.
The input means 12 is in operative communication with the memory means 16. In this manner, energetic patterns received by the input means 12 may be transmitted and stored within the memory means 14. The signal corresponding to the energetic pattern so stored in the memory means 14 may be retrieved as needed and transmitted to the amplification means 14 and subsequently to the output means 18. In this way, a plurality of energetic patterns may be stored in the memory means 16 of the treatment apparatus 10, whereby the or each energetic patterns may be retrieved, amplified and communicated to the subject being treated. This enables the administration of therapeutic signals corresponding to the energetic patterns without the need of acquiring and communicating the substance from which the energetic pattern originates to the treatment apparatus The memory means 16 is in operative communication with the amplification means 14. In this manner, information corresponding to the or each energetic pattern received by the input means 12 may be communicated to the electronic circuitry components of the amplification means 14 whereupon the or each energetic pattern is amplified.
Alternatively, the input means 12 may be in direct operative communication with the amplification means 14. In this circumstance, the signal corresponding to the energetic pattern of the substance placed upon the plate member 20 of the input means 12, is communicated to the amplification means 14, whereupon the signal corresponding to the energetic pattern is amplified prior to communication to the output means 18.
The amplification means 14 is in operative communication with the output means 18. This operative communication enables the amplified signal corresponding to the energetic pattern to be transmitted from the amplification means 14 to the output means 18 and hence to the body of the subject being treated.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the amplified signal corresponding to the energetic pattern is presented and communicated to the subject by the subject grasping a handgrip 30 in each hand. In this way, the amplified signal is transmitted from the amplification means 14 to the output terminal 28, through the or each connecting wire 32 and out through the or each handgrip 30. As the subject is in direct contact with the or each handgrip 30, the amplified signal corresponding to the energetic pattern is presented to and communicated to the body of the subject.

In the second embodiment of the present invention, the amplified signal corresponding to the energetic pattern is presented and communicated to the subject by directing the laser beam emitted from the laser emitter 38 onto the body of the subject. Preferably, the emitted laser beam is directed onto acupuncture meridian points upon the body of the subject being treated.
In the third embodiment of the present invention, the card member 46 is inserted into the slot 44 on the side of the housing 22. The amplified signal corresponding to the energetic pattern is communicated from the amplification means 14 to the magnetic strip 48 upon the surface 50 of the card member 46.
Any number of energetic patterns from any number of substances may be imprinted onto the magnetic strip 48 of the card member 46 in this manner. For example, a combination of energetic patterns, appropriate for treating a particular ailment, may be imprinted onto the card member 46. The card member 46 is then placed into contact with the body of the subject. Alternatively, the card member 46 with appropriate energetic patterns imprinted thereupon may be worn on the person of the subject in order to induce a therapeutic or health promoting effect. Modifications and variations as would be apparent to a skilled addressee are deemed to be within the scope of the present invention.
