L'invention concerne un substrat solide lié au dérivé de cucurbiturile dans lequel un dérivé de cucurbiturile représenté par la formule (I) est lié par covalence à un substrat solide modifié représenté par la formule (II). De plus, l'invention concerne une puce protéique, une puce génétique ainsi qu'un capteur pour analyse de biomatériau faisant intervenir un substrat solide lié au dérivé de cucurbiturile.
