Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung unporöser Kieselgel-Partikel mit einer einstellbaren einheitlichen Teilchengröße kleiner als 15 µm, auf deren Oberfläche biologisch und/oder chemisch aktive Substanzen immobilisiert oder aufgebracht sind, sowie ihre Verwendung bevorzugt zur Durchführung von Molekülseparationen, Chromatographie, Katalyse, Analytik, Probenanreicherung, Bindungs- oder sonstigen chemischen Reaktionen.

The invention relates to a method for producing nonporous silica gel particles which have an adjustable uniform size of less than 15 µm and on or onto the surface of which biologically and/or chemically active substances are immobilized or applied. Also disclosed is the use thereof, preferably for separating molecules, enriching samples, or performing chromatography, catalysis, analysis, bonding reactions, or other chemical reactions.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de particules de gel de silice non poreuses présentant une taille unitaire variable inférieure à 15 $g(m)m, ce procédé consistant à immobiliser ou à appliquer des substances biologiquement et/ou chimiquement actives sur la surface desdites particules. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation des particules ainsi produites, de préférence pour réaliser des séparations moléculaires, une chromatographie, une catalyse, des analyses, un enrichissement d'échantillons, des réactions de liaison ou d'autres réactions chimiques.
