(EN) The present teachings are related to methods for predicting the binding affinity of peptides for proteins. Individual methods for creating predictions and methods for combining predictions are also related. Some embodiments of the present teachings include methods for manufacturing a vaccine and a computer system for implementing the methods of the present teachings.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des techniques de prédiction d'affinité de liaison de peptides pour des protéines. Cette invention concerne aussi des techniques individuelles de création de prédictions et des techniques de combinaison de prédictions. Certains modes de réalisation de l'invention concernent des techniques de fabrication d'un vaccin et un système informatique permettant de mettre en oeuvre les techniques de cette invention.
