A valve for a flowing liquid-phase medium, said valve comprising a valve housing (1) having an inlet and an outlet as well as a seat body (5) having at least one flow opening (6) for liquid within a central area of the seat body (5) , with which flow opening (6) cooperates a first, preferably spring-loaded (12) valve body (10,10') arranged on a valve spindle (2) , in order to close/open the flow opening (6) , dependent on the axial displacement position of the spindle (2), c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that the seat body (5) , radially .outwardly of said central area wherein
said flow opening(s) (6) is (are) located., is formed with one or more further flow openings (7) for liquid, and that - for the closing/opening of said further flow opening (ε) - a second valve body (11) has been arranged on the spindle (2), said second valve body (11) preferably being spring-loaded (13) and being constituted by a substantially hollow valve body (11) surrounding the first valve body (10) more or less, and that the first valve body (10) and the second valve body (11) are arranged on the spindle (2) displaceably in relation to each other, the spindle (2) being provided with carrier means (14,15) for each of the valve bodies (10, ID ■

2. A valve according to claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that said first valve body (10) is formed with a cavity (10") in liquid-communication with the interior of the valve housing (1) via at least one throttle opening (10'''; 16), into which cavity (10") the spindle (2) projects with a free end portion, the penetration depth of which into the cavity (10") varies in size between open and closed valve position, so that said penetration depth increases when the spindle (2) is displaced from open toward closed valve position, the spindle (2) during its displacement in the last-mentioned direction displacing liquid from the cavity (10") out through said throttle opening (10''';16), simultaneously effecting a damoinq breakinα of the somdle (2> during tne completion phase of its displacement toward completely closed valve position.

3. A valve according to claim 1 or 2 ,
c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that said second valve body (11) substantially has the shape of a cup, concentrically surrounding said first valve body (10), and comprising a central bearing sleeve portion (11"), with which it may slide along the spindle (2), as well as a flange-annular closure portion (11'), with which it may rest sealingly against the seat body (5) and close said further liquid flow opening (s) (7) in one axial displacement position along the spindle, the wall of the hollow piece forming said second valve body (11) being perforated (11a) so that equal
pressure is being maintained internally and externally of this valve body (11).

4. A valve according to claim 1, 2 or 3,
c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that the seat body (5) has the shape of a plate and comprises a large central liquid flow opening (6) , intended to cooperate with said first valve body (10), as well as a plurality of further, smaller liquid flow openings (7) located along a coaxial circle, and preferably equidistantly distributed, said further openings

(7) being intended to cooperate with said second valve body

5. A valve according to one or more of the preceding claims, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that said first valve body (10) is assigned a pressure spring (12) adapted to urge this valve body (10) toward closing position, and resting
supportingly at one end thereof against a shoulder or the like at the closing end of the valve body (10) and, at tne other end thereof, against a radially directed internal portion of said second valve body (11), oppositely located with regard to the closing end of the last-mentioned valve bodv (11,.

6. A valve according to claim 5, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that said second valve body (11) is assigned a
preferably weak pressure spring (13) adapted to urge this valve body (11) toward closing position, said spring (13) , at one end thereof, resting supportingly against a shoulder, an annular flange or the like at the closure end of this valve body and, at the other end thereof, against the internal face of a radially directed wall (1"") of the valve housing (1) .

7. A valve according to any one of the preceding claims, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that each of the carrier means (14,15) of the spindle (2) has the form of a fixed ring, located one at each side of said first valve body~s (10) bearing portion on the spindle, said fixed rings having a mutual spacing exceeding the axial longitudinal extent of said bearing portion.

8. A valve according to claim 2 and 7,
c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that one (14) of said fixed rings (14,15) which is intended to cooperate with said first valve body (10) during the displacement of the latter from closed toward open position, is attached to the spindle (2) at the end thereof and arranged within said cavity (10").

A valve according to any one of the preceding claims, c h a r a c t e r i z e d i n that the valve spindle (2) is assigned an electro magnet adapted to retain the spindle (2) in a position corresponding to e.g. open valve position, said electro magnet being assigned a thermostat incorporated into the pipe system for the flowing liquid and adapted to actuate the electro magnet, i.e. making it current-carrying or breaking the current circuit therethrough, respectively, upon the achievement of a predetermined temperature of the liquid flowing through said pipe system, -which e.g. may be incorporated into a refrigerating plant or a heating plant, respectively.
