CLAIMS
1. A method of controlling the temperature in greenhouses wherein the nominal value of the temperature is adjusted between a higher daytime temperature and a lower night temperature, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that the sunlight energy quantity inciding into the greenhouse in daytime is measured directly or indirectly and that the night temperature in dependence of the sunlight energy quantity is adjusted to a higher value at higher sunlight energy quantity.
2. A method as claimed in claim 1, c a a c t e r i z e d i'n that the night temperature is increased stepwise in dependence of increasing sunlight energy quanti ty .
3. An apparatus for controlling the temperature in greenhouses, the nominal value of the temperature being adjusted between a higher daytime temperature and a lower night temperature by the method as claimed in claim 1 or 2, c h a r a c t e i z e d by means
(10 - 14) for measuring the sunlight energy quantity inciding into the greenhouse in daytime, and means
(17 - 23; 25 - 29) controlled by said measuring means for adjusting a heat control regulator (24) of a greenhouse heating unit to a higher night temperature at a higher measured sunlight energy quantity.
4. An apparatus as claimed in claim 3,
c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that said adjusting means (17 - 23) comprises means (23) for presetting a signal corresponding to a predetermined nominal value of the daytime temperature, and means (18, 19, 20, 22) for decreasing said signal inversely proportionally to the sunlight energy quantity as measured.
5. An apparatus as claimed in claim 3 or 4, c h a r a c t e r i z e d by means (15, 16, 21) for connecting and disconnecting said means (18, 19, 20,

* 22) for decreasing said signal corresponding to the preset nominal value of the daytime temperature, in dependence of the intensity of incident sunlight being lower and higher, respectively, than a predetermined val ue.
6. An -apparatus according to claim 3 or 4, c h a a c t e r i z e d in that said adjustment means (25 - 29) comprises means for adjusting the heat regulator (24) stepwise inversely proportionally to the sunlight energy quantity as measured.
