(EN)A circuit (IC1, R3-R11, C4-C6, D1) is provided for controlling the electrical energy applied to a gas discharge lamp without incandescent cathode, in view of a direct controlling voltage (US). This circuit allows the modification of the time or the firing angle of a thyristor (TR1) inside each half-wave of the alternative voltage. In order to avoid complete unwanted extinction during the adjustment of a minimum light intensity of the lamp (20), a second circuit (30, 42, R12-20, C7, D3, T1) is provided which ensures a minimum current strength through the lamp (20) irrespective of the continuous controlling voltage (US). The second circuit comprises a transformer (30) and a rectifier (42) generating an adjusting voltage (UR) which depends from the current strength in the lamp. Said voltage (UR) controls an electronically variable resistance (T1). The latter acts on the voltage which controls the firing angle when the current strength in the lamp drops below the minimum permitted, so that a continuous decrease of the current strength be automatically opposed. The arrangement is used for example for adjusting the light intensity of lighting facilities for rooms, streets and tunnels comprising mercury-vapor bulbs or high-pressure sodium-vapor tubes.
(FR)Un circuit (IC1, R3-R11, C4-C6, D1) est prevu pour la commande de l"energie electrique amenee a une lampe electrique a decharge gazeuse sans cathode incandescente, en fonction d"une tension continue de pilotage (US). Ce circuit permet de modifier l"instant ou l"angle de l"allumage d"un thyristor (TR1) a l"interieur de chaque demi-onde de la tension alternative. Pour eviter que lors du reglage d"une intensite lumineuse minimale de la lampe (20), celle-ci s"eteigne completement involontairement on prevoit un deuxieme circuit (30, 42, R12-R20, C7, D3, T1) garantissant une intensite de courant minimale a travers la lampe (20) independamment de la grandeur de la tension continue de pilotage (US). Le deuxieme circuit comprend un transformateur de courant (30) et un redresseur (42) pour generer une tension de reglage (UR) dependant de l"intensite du courant dans la lampe. Cette tension (UR) commande une resistance (T1) variable electroniquement. Celle-ci influence la tension determinante pour le pilotage de l"angle d"allumage lorsque l"intensite de courant dans la lampe descend en dessous du minimum autorise, de maniere telle qu"une poursuite de la decroissance de l"intensite de courant soit automatiquement contrecarree. L"installation s"utilise, par exemple, pour le reglage de l"intensite lumineuse d"installations d"eclairage d"interieur, de voies de circulation et de tunnel possedant des ampoules a vapeur de mercure ou des ampoules a vapeur de sodium sous haute pression.
