A beam management method in sidelink communication and an apparatus thereof are disclosed. According to the present invention, an operation method of a first terminal comprises the steps of: transmitting a first sidelink signal in all directions using a beam sweeping method in an initial beam management period; receiving first feedback information for the first sidelink signal from a second terminal; establishing a first beam pair between the first terminal and the second terminal based on the first feedback information; performing sidelink communication with the second terminal using the first beam pair; and when resetting of the first beam pair is required, transmitting a second sidelink signal in a specific direction instead of all directions using the beam sweeping method in a partial beam management period. 사이드링크 통신에서 빔 관리 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 제1 단말의 동작 방법은, 최초 빔 관리 구간에서 빔 스위핑 방식을 사용하여 제1 사이드링크 신호를 전 방향으로 전송하는 단계, 상기 제1 사이드링크 신호에 대한 제1 피드백 정보를 제2 단말로부터 수신하는 단계, 상기 제1 피드백 정보에 기초하여 상기 제1 단말과 상기 제2 단말 간의 제1 빔 페어를 설정하는 단계, 상기 제1 빔 페어를 사용하여 상기 제2 단말과 사이드링크 통신을 수행하는 단계, 및 상기 제1 빔 페어의 재설정이 필요한 경우, 부분 빔 관리 구간에서 상기 빔 스위핑 방식을 사용하여 상기 제2 사이드링크 신호를 상기 전 방향 대신에 특정 방향으로 전송하는 단계를 포함한다. 따라서 통신 시스템의 성능은 향상될 수 있다.
