The present invention relates to a heat transfer tube and a chiller system in which efficiency is not reduced while using an eco-friendly refrigerant. The heat transfer pipe includes: a refrigerant tube having a space in which the refrigerant flows; a plurality of radiating fins protruding from an outer surface of the refrigerant tube and including an upper end surface having a step difference from the outer surface of the refrigerant tube; a main cavity formed between adjacent radiating fins and having an inlet formed between upper ends of the plurality of radiating fins; and a plurality of micro cavities formed on the upper surface of the radiating fins, having a height and a width smaller than those of the main cavity, and opened upward.
