The present invention relates to a digital multimeter capable of measuring physical properties such as wire length and resistance as well as various types of electrical values such as frequency signal, phase, current, and voltage applied to an electrical and electronic product. With the present invention, an electrical value of a measurement target desired by a user can be accurately measured even without special multimeter operation when a worker replaces a probe part coming into contact with the measurement target in accordance with, for example, the types of an electrical and electronic product and the electrical value to be measured. The present invention includes: a head including a collecting end receiving an electric signal in contact with the measurement target and a connecting end having a connection terminal arranged such that the electric signal transmitted from the collecting end is output by energization along a channel path designated in accordance with the type of measurement; and a probe including a connector detachably coupled to the connecting end, having an adapter terminal configured to be connectible to every connection terminal differently arranged depending on the type of the head, and sending an identification signal with respect to the adapter terminal where the electric signal is received, a check module recognizing the type of the electric signal received at the connector, a switch switching the energization channel of the electric signal in response to a control signal, a digital multimeter (DMM) measuring the electric signal received from the switch as an electrical value corresponding to the energization channel, and a controller confirming each of the identification signal of the connector and the type of electricity recognized by the check module, sending the control signal to the switch, and receiving and outputting the electrical value measured at the DMM. 본 발명은 전기,전자 제품에 인가된 전압, 전류, 위상 및 주파수 신호 등 다양한 종류의 전기값은 물론 전선 길이와 저항 등의 물리적 특성도 계측할 수 있는 디지털 멀티미터에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 계측하고자 하는 전기값의 종류와 전기,전자 제품의 종류 등에 맞춰서 작업자가 계측대상과 접하는 탐침 부분을 교체하면 멀티미터에 대한 별다른 조작 없이도 사용자가 원하는 계측대상의 전기값을 정확히 계측할 수 있는 다종 계측이 가능한 디지털 멀티미터에 관한 것으로, 계측대상과 접하며 전기신호를 수신하는 수집단과; 상기 수집단으로부터 전달된 전기신호가 계측 종류에 따라 지정된 채널 경로로 통전하여 출력되도록 배열된 연결단자를 갖춘 접속단;으로 된 헤드, 및 상기 접속단과 탈착 가능하게 결합하고, 상기 헤드의 종류에 따라 서로 다르게 배열된 연결단자 모두와 접속이 가능하도록 구성된 어댑터 단자를 갖추며, 상기 전기신호가 수신된 어댑터 단자에 대한 식별신호를 발신하는 커넥터와; 상기 커넥터에 수신된 전기신호의 유형을 인식하는 체크모듈과; 제어신호에 따라 상기 전기신호의 통전 채널을 스위칭하는 스위치와; 상기 스위치로부터 수신된 전기신호를 해당 통전 채널에 대응하는 전기값으로 계측하는 DMM(Digital Multi Meter)과; 상기 커넥터의 식별신호와 체크모듈이 인식한 전기 유형을 각각 확인해서 스위치에 제어신호를 발신하고, 상기 DMM에서 계측한 전기값을 수신해 출력시키는 컨트롤러;로 구성된 프로브를 포함한다.
