(A) 폴리락트산 수지, (B) 가소제, (C) 유기 결정 핵제, 및 (D) 에폭시기를 갖는 아크릴/스티렌 공중합체를 함유하여 이루어지는 폴리락트산 수지 조성물로서, 상기 (B) 가소제가 분자 중에 2 개 이상의 에스테르기를 갖는 에스테르 화합물로서, 그 에스테르 화합물을 구성하는 알코올 성분의 적어도 1 종이 수산기 1 개당 탄소수 2 ∼ 3 의 알킬렌옥사이드를 평균 0.5 ∼ 5 몰 부가한 알코올인 에스테르 화합물 및 식 (I) 로 나타내는 에스테르 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 포함하고, 상기 (D) 에폭시기를 갖는 아크릴/스티렌 공중합체의 함유량이 (A) 폴리락트산 수지 100 질량부에 대하여 0.1 ∼ 0.9 질량부인, 폴리락트산 수지 조성물. 본 발명의 폴리락트산 수지 조성물은, 식품 용기, 일용품이나 가전 제품의 포장 재료, 공업용 부품의 트레이 등, 여러 가지 용도에 바람직하게 사용할 수 있다.
