SOLUTION: A core wire for a multicore cable includes: a conductor formed by twisting a plurality of element wires; a first insulating film which covers outer periphery of the conductor and contains a polyethylene-based resin; and a second insulating film which is provided so as to contact outer periphery of the first insulating film and contains a copolymer of ethylene and α-olefin having a carbonyl group.
