本発明は、セルロース系バイオマスを原料とする糖液であって、発酵性が改善された糖液の製造方法を提供する。
本発明は、セルロース系バイオマス濃縮糖液にアルカリを添加し、pHを7以上に調整し、少なくともマグネシウムを含む不溶性物質を析出させる工程、および、精密濾過膜に通じて濾過し、不溶性物質を除去し、透過液として糖液を得る工程を含む糖液の製造方法である。
