PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a speaker small-sized, lightweight and thin without considerably reducing a driving capability, and to reduce an overall drive current.

SOLUTION: A speaker comprises a plurality of drive units 10a, 10b, 10c including a diaphragm 13 which is mounted through a damper member 12 to a frame member 11 having a predetermined shape, two or more coil members 14 and a magnetic member 17, converting an electric signal into an electromagnetic force and applying the electromagnetic force to the diaphragm 13. Two or more drive units 10a or the like unitized into one are disposed between the frame member 11 and the diaphragm 13. In the drive unit 10a or the like, the coil member 14 is mounted to the frame member 11 by winding a coil around an air-core winding frame member predetermined times, and the two or more magnetic members 17 including magnets are mounted onto the diaphragm 13.

【課題】駆動能力を大きく低下させることなく、小型化、軽量化及び薄型化できるようにすると共に、全体の駆動電流を低減できるようにする。
【解決手段】所定の形状を有したフレーム部材11にダンパー部材12を介して取り付けられた振動板13と、二以上のコイル部材14及び磁性部材17を有して、電気信号を電磁力に変換し、振動板13に電磁力を与える複数の駆動ユニット10a,10b,10cとを備え、1ユニット化された駆動ユニット10a等がフレーム部材11と振動板13の間に二以上配設される。駆動ユニット10a等において、コイル部材14が、空芯状の巻枠部材に所定回数のコイルが巻き込まれてフレーム部材11に取り付けられ、磁石を有する二以上の磁性部材17が振動板13に取り付けられる。
