PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a game player to fully enjoy the fun of fighting type game by eliminating a trouble of specifying teams by the player, in a game where two or more opponent teams will be participating.

SOLUTION: This game apparatus is provided with an operation controller for the game player to control the game performed by two or more opponent teams, a biological information acquisition means to acquire biological information, a biological information analysis means to analyze living body information acquired by the biological information acquisition means, a team judgment means to identify the team to which the game player operating the operation controller belongs, according to the analysis results of the living body information analyzed by the living body information analysis means, and a means to inform to the game player concerned about the team identified by the team judgment means to be the team the game player belongs to.

【課題】複数のチームによって行われるゲームを行なうに際し、遊戯者によるチーム指定という操作の煩わしさを解消すると共に、遊戯者に対戦型ゲームの面白さを十二分に享受させることが可能にする。
【解決手段】複数のチームによって行われるゲームの遊戯者に対して、生体情報を対応付ける。各遊戯者に対応付けられた生体情報を分析し、その分析結果により、各遊戯者が属するチームを判定する。判定したチーム分け結果を、遊戯者に対して報知する。
