PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cobwebbing from occurring in a sprue when a resin substrate is molded by an injection molding machine.

SOLUTION: A space 12 or the like is provided at a tip part of a nozzle 1 to thereby lower a heat transfer of the nozzle 1. Alternatively, either one of a projected spherical surface of the tip part of the nozzle 1 and a recessed spherical surface of a sprue bush 2 is projected, formed in the same spherical surface as a radius of curvature of another spherical surface to thereby bring the nozzle 1 into contact with the sprue bush 2, and a heat absorbed from the tip part of the nozzle 1 to the sprue bush 2 is increased. Thus, a temperature of the tip part of the nozzle 1 is made lowered easily. After the resin material injected in the cavity 11 for molding is cooled, disconnecting of the tip of the rod-like protrusion of the sprue when the sprue is taken out is upgraded.

【課題】射出成形装置により樹脂基板を成形するときにスプルーに発生する糸引きを防止する。
【解決手段】ノズル1の先端部に空間12などを設けることにより、ノズル1の熱伝達を低下させる。または、ノズル1の先端部の凸球面とスプルーブッシュ2の凹球面とのどちらか一方の中央部を突出させ、他方の球面の曲率半径と同じ球面とすることでノズル1とスプルーブッシュ2とを面接触とし、ノズル1の先端部からスプルーブッシュ2への吸熱を多くする。これらにより、ノズル1先端部の温度を降下させやすくし、成型用キャビティ11内に射出した樹脂材料の冷却後、スプルーを取り出すときのスプルーの棒状突部先端における切り離しを良好とする。
