The invention relates to a digital oscilloscope with a high waveform capture rate, comprising a track strength synthesizer 103 consisting of a first strength memory 201 and a second strength memory 202. An executed operation step S10 comprises a judgment step S11, a first fluorescence processing step S12 and a second fluorescence processing step S13, wherein the judgment step S11 is used for judging whether a time interval of a trigger signal is larger than a preset value or not; the first fluorescence processing step S12 is executed when the time interval of the trigger signal is less than or equal to the preset value; and the second fluorescence processing step S13 is executed when the time interval of the trigger signal is larger than the preset value. In the digital oscilloscope, a dynamic fluorescence effect can be automatically selected when the long-term change of a signal is needed to be concerned, and a static fluorescence effect can be automatically selected when the rapid change of the signal is needed to be concerned. The operation is realized by the arrangement of the two strength memories 102 and 103 in the digital oscilloscope, and in addition, the digital oscilloscope has a compact structure and a higher waveform capture rate.
