(EN) The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering. A primary chemical current source comprises a novel class of energy-saturated non-rechargeable chemical current sources based on graphene in a metal-oxidized carbon electrochemical system, wherein a nanostructural material based on graphene-like materials that have increased discharge capacity owing to the presence of various oxygen-containing functional groups that are capable of forming irreversible bonds with ions of the active material of the anode (for example, lithium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium) when going through the current-forming process (discharging) is used as the current-forming component of the cathode. The technical result is increased energy capacity characteristics of the primary chemical current source.
