The data processing device (204) is also used to determine the target data sent by the data collection device (203) from data received by a data interface. The target time is takenas the receiving time of the target data so that the target data can be conveniently processed according to the receiving time, the precise time corresponding to data collection can be obtained, and thus high precision data synchronization between modules can be realized.
