The array substrate comprises a base, and a grid line, a common electrode line and a data line which are arranged on the base, a plurality of pixel regions defined by spatially crossing the gate lines and the data lines, wherein a pixel electrode is arranged in the pixel area, the grid line, the data line and the pixel electrode are sequentially arranged away from the substrate, the shielding electrode is arranged above the grid line and connected with the common electrode line, and the orthographic projection of the shieldingelectrode on the substrate covers the orthographic projection of part of the grid line between the adjacent pixel electrodes on the substrate. A shielding electrode is arranged in the array substrate.The coupling capacitance between the adjacent pixel electrodes, the coupling capacitance between the pixel electrodes and the grid lines and the coupling capacitance between the pixel electrodes andthe data lines can be shielded; therefore, capacitance coupling between adjacent pixel electrodes, capacitance coupling between the pixel electrodes and the grid lines and capacitance coupling betweenthe pixel electrodes and the data lines are reduced or avoided, the pixel voltage tends to be stable, and normal display is guaranteed.
