本实用新型公开一种含软包电芯的电池,软包电芯本体底部粘设于下盖内侧底表面,第一极耳和第二极耳位于软包电芯本体外周且其自由端向外延伸,电磁屏蔽片粘设于软包电芯本体上表面上,注塑胶层密封填充于电磁屏蔽片和下盖内,保护板固定连接于注塑胶层上,第一极耳和第二极耳均弯折延伸出电磁屏蔽片和注塑胶层上表面上方,第一极耳和第二极耳自由端穿设且固定连接于保护板上,保护板上固定连接有正极导线和负极导线,保护板上固定连接有至少一个电器元件。本实用新型的一种含软包电芯的电池通过设置保护板和电器元件可以避免电池过充,过放和过流,有短路保护,温度保护的功能;减小产生电磁干扰信号;不会有漏电解液风险,降低电池短路风险。
