According to the air cylinder, a spiral groove channel (1321) is formed in the outer surface of a cylinder body of an air cylinder (13), the thickness of the groove bottom of the spiral groove channel (1321) is smaller than the thickness of an air cylinder periphery (1322) of the cylinder body of the air cylinder (13), and the air cylinder periphery (1322) forms a reinforcing rib which is spirally and continuously wound around the cylinder body of the air cylinder (13). The cryogenic refrigerator comprises theair cylinder. According to the air cylinder and the corresponding cryogenic refrigerator, the spiral groove is formed in the outer surface of the cylinder body, the thickness of the groove bottom of the spiral groove channel is smaller than the thickness of the air cylinder periphery of the air cylinder, the air cylinder periphery forms the reinforcing rib which is spirally and continuously woundaround the cylinder body of the air cylinder, and therefore the contradiction between the cylinder body strength and the heat leakage of the air cylinder and the cylinder body thickness requirement can be resolved. The air cylinder has the advantages of being high in strength, low in heat leakage, easy to machine and suitable for popularization and application.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种气缸和对应的低温制冷机,所述气缸(13)的缸体外表面设有螺旋槽道(1321),螺旋槽道(1321)的槽底厚度小于该气缸(13)缸体本身的气缸周缘(1322)的厚度,且气缸周缘(1322)构成呈螺旋状连续绕在气缸(13)缸体上的加强筋。所述的低温制冷机包括上述的气缸。本发明通过在缸体外表面设有螺旋槽道,螺旋槽道的槽底厚度小于该气缸本身的气缸周缘的厚度,且气缸周缘构成呈螺旋状连续绕在气缸缸体上的加强筋,解决了气缸的缸体强度和漏热与缸体厚度要求上的矛盾,该气缸具有高强度、低漏热、易加工的特点,适宜推广使用。
