The invention discloses a full-automatic assembly method of LED string lights. The method includes the steps that (1) a patch LED is placed on an LED fixing clamp of a turntable conveying mechanism, conveyed to a tin welding mechanism through the turntable conveying mechanism, and then conveyed to a welding mechanism through the turntable conveying mechanism; (2) positive and negative wires are conveyed to a wire stripping mechanism, and then conveyed to the welding mechanism through a wire feeding mechanism; (3) the positive and negative electrodes of the patch LED are welded corresponding to the light welding areas of the positive and negative wires to form the string lights, and the patch LED of the string lights is detected through a welding detection mechanism; (4) through a glue dispensing curing mechanism, the surfaces of the patch LED and the light welding areas are sealed and cured; (5) the LED string lights from the glue dispensing curing mechanism are rolled up to be a roil through a rolling mechanism. Through the full-automatic assembly method of LED string lights, the processing efficiency of the LED string lights is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

本发明公开了一种LED灯串全自动组装方法，包括如下步骤：(1)贴片LED放置在转盘输送机构的LED固定夹具上，再通过转盘输送机构输送至点锡机构，然后经转盘输送机构输送至焊接机构；(2)正极导线和负极导线输送至剥线机构，然后经送线机构输送至所述焊接机构；(3)将贴片LED的正极和负极分别对应正极导线和负极导线的焊灯区进行焊接形成灯串，通过焊接检测机构对灯串的贴片LED进行检测；(4)通过点胶固化机构在贴片LED和焊灯区的表面用UV胶封装，并固化；以及(5)通过收线机构将从点胶固化机构出来的LED灯串收卷成盘。本发明提供的LED灯串全自动组装方法，提高了LED灯串的加工效率，降低了生产成本。
