METHOD OF SEPARATING OIL SLURRY FROM CRUDE OIL 1. FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a method of separating oil with impurities from crude oil, and especially refers to a method of separating the light crude oil and the crude oil by first evaporating the crude oil inside the oil with impurities first into the oil gas, and then cooling such oil gas into a gas and a light crude oil.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
Usually crude oil is buried in deep layers of the earth and when people want
mine the oil, first one should mine the correct location of the oil land, Next step is the drilling of the oil well, and after the oil is being mined, the crude oil is drilled from the deep layers of the earth. The crude oil extracted is then delivered from everywhere in the world. Next it will be refined to become the light crude oil for use by each countries such as leadless oil, diesel oil, high-order gas oil, etc.
However, since such crude oil is extracted from the deep layer of the earth, there are large amounts of impurities in such extracted crude oil such as dirt, sand, and heavy metal.
There is a certain amount of weight of the impurities such that it will precipitate to the bottom of the original oil manager and the quantities of crude oil for cracking inside the oil manager is reduced. Besides, since the crude oil is mixed with the impurities cracking is not an economical situation, So, in order to extract the crude oil from the crude oil manager, there is a technology for separating the crude oil from the impurities according to the principle of centrifugal force; however, one drawback is that only a small fraction of the crude oil can be extracted by such technology because most of the impurities are attached on the crude oil which makes subsequent processing of the crude oil difficult. Furthermore, the result is air or environmental pollution when burning or discarding it. Thus, there is a need for a technology of extracting the crude oil from the impurities.
Thus it is clear that the above-mentioned conventional technology is not a good method and needs to be bettered. The inventor of this invention, after several years' hard-studying, finally invented this invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The object of this invention is to provide a method of separating impurities from the crude oil by utilizing a high temperature indirect heating method.
Another object of this invention is to provide a method of separating impurities from the crude oil by separating the extracted crude oil into light crude oil and gas.
Another object of this invention is to provide a method of separating impurities from the crude oil by adding plastic into impurities thereby increasing the quantities of the light crude oil being separated without increasing the quantities of impurities.
Still another object of this invention is to provide a method of separating impurities from the crude oil which utilizes bad quality oil as combustible fuel for direct heating of the oil with impurities by an indirect heating method.
The fabricating steps of the method of separating the oil impurities from the crude oil achieving the above-mentioned object of invention are as follows: 1. Placing oil with impurities containing the crude oil into a furnace and heating to 400-700 C wherein there remains the pressure value of 3 kgf/cm2 inside the furnace such that the crude oil contained by the oil with impurities is changed into gas status;
2. Cooling the oil gas in step 1 such that the oil gas after being cooled forms the gas and the light crude oil;
3. Guiding the gas in step 2 into a gas manager and guiding the light crude oil into the crude oil manager for use as a chemical intermediate or for distilling into gas oil, diesel oil or fuel oil.
Furthermore, the addition of plastic in step 1 increases the yield of the light crude oil under the condition of non increasing the impurities; and the fuel being used could be bad-quality oil, self-produced gas, or any combustible fuel such as coal, etc.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
Please refer to the Figure, which shows the method of separating oil with impurities from the crude oil of this invention; the steps are as follows;
Step 1: Heating the oil with impurities by placing such in the cracking furnace of a combustion chamber, and using heating fuel such as: bad quality oil, gas, coal as well as combustible oil, such that the crude oil in the oil with impurities is heated and evaporates into oil gas, thereby separating from the impurities completely (the impurities completing separation are very dry such as sand);
Step 2: Guiding the oil gas into the reaction furnace and pressure controlling the gas by an irreversible reaction;
Step 3: Cooling the oil gas in step 2 with the condenser near to the ambient temperature such that the liquid is condensed and after precipitation forming the light crude oil wherein the density of the light crude oil is 0.86 kg/m3 and partial uncondensed gas is oil gas;
Step 4: Guiding the light crude oil from step 3 into storage such that the crude oil manager can refine it into related diesel oil , gas oil, etc.;
Step 5: Storing the oil gas from step 3 after compression and liquification of the oil gas such that it can be packed into a bottle or be used for heating;
Step 6: Clearing the impurities inside the cracking furnace thereby completing the separation of the crude oil and the impurities.
Furthermore, the addition of incombustible material such as plastic into the cracking furnace for heating with the oil containing impurities such that the incombustible material can be cracked and evaporated into the oil gas so that the yield of the light crude oil and the gas increases. The quality of the impurities remaining inside the cracking furnace is constant; additionally, both the light crude oil and the gas refined by said step 4 and step 5 could be used as fuel for indirect heating the cracking furnace.
The method of separating the oil with impurities from the crude oil of this invention having the following advantages in comparison with the other conventional technologies:
1. This invention utilizes heating the crude oil with impurities indirectly by utilizing high temperature such that the crude oil adhered to the impurities
evaporated into the oil gas, and condensing the crude oil and impurities to be the light crude oil and the gas for providing the usage of the users through the condenser. 2. This invention adds the plastic material in the oil with impurities so that
increases the quality of the light crude oil being refined without increasing the quality of the impurities. 3. This invention utilize the bad quality oil, the combustible material, the coal, as well as the gas as the fuel of indirect heating the hot oil with impurities; besides, the bad quality oil could be refined by using the method of this invention.
Many changes and modifications in the above described embodiment of the invention can, of course, be carried out without departing from the scope thereof.
