What is claimed is:
1. A method of separating crude oil from oils with impurities, comprising the steps of:
placing oils with impurities in a cracking furnace of a combustion chamber, indirectly heating the oils with impurities such that crude oil contained within the oils with impurities evaporate into oil gas; guiding the oil gas into a pressure-controlled reaction furnace; cooling the oil gas in a condenser to approximately ambient temperature thereby forming light crude oil having a density of approximately 0.70 - 0.94 kg/m3 with any partial uncondensed gas remaining as oil gas; guiding the light crude oil into a crude oil manager;
storing the oil gas after compression and liquification to be used as heating oil; and
clearing impurities remaining inside the cracking furnace.
2. The method as recited in claim 1, wherein a heating temperature in the cracking furnace is 400-700°C.
3. The method recited in claim 1, wherein the fuel in the cracking furnace is one of: i) a low quality oil, ii) a gas, iii) a coal and iv) any combustible material.
4. The method as recited in claim 1, wherein a pressure value in the cracking furnace is approximately 3kgf/cm2.
5. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising one of i) using the light crude oil as a petrochemical raw product and ii) refining the light crude oil to become diesel oil or gas oil.
6. The method as recited in claim 1, comprising using the light crude oil as fuel for heating the cracking furnace.
7. The method as recited claim 1, comprising using the light crude oil as fuel for heating the cracking furnace.
8. A method of separating crude oil from oil containing impurities, comprising the steps of: placing oil containing impurities and a plastic material in a cracking furnace of a combustion chamber, and heating the oil containing impurities and the plastic material such that crude oil and incombustible material in the oil containing impurities evaporate into oil gas, and separating the oil gas from the impurities; guiding the oil gas into a pressure controlled reaction furnace; cooling the oil gas in a condenser to approximately ambient temperature thereby forming light crude oil having a density of approximately 0.70 - 0.94 kg/m3, with any partial uncondensed gas remaining as oil gas; guiding the light crude oil into a crude oil manager; storing the light crude oil after compression and liquification to be used as heating oil; and clearing impurities inside the cracking furnace.
9. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein a heating temperature in the cracking furnace is approximately 400-700°C.
10. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein fuel in the cracking furnace is one of: i) a low quality oil, ii) a gas, iii) coal and iv) any combustible material.
11. The method as recited in claim 8, wherein a pressure value in the cracking furnace is approximately 3kgf/cm2.
12. The method as recited in claim 8, further comprising one of: i) using the light crude oil as a petrochemical raw product and ii) refining the light crude oil to become diesel oil or gas oil.
13. The method as recited in claim 8, further comprising using the light crude oil as fuel for heating the cracking furnace.
14. The method as recited in claim 8, comprising using the heating oil as fuel for heating the cracking furnace.
