1. A polymer precursor dispersion for use in making a polymer that is a solid at room temperature, comprising: a polymer precursor comprising an addition monomer, a condensation monomer, a prepolymer, or a polymer modifier, and having a viscosity of less than 10,000 centipoise at room temperature; and a micropulp, comprising organic fibers, having a volume average length of from 0.01 to 100 micrometers, the micropulp comprising 0. 01 to 50 weight percent of the dispersion.
2. The polymer precursor dispersion of claim 1, wherein the polymer precursor further comprises a solvent.
3. The polymer precursor dispersion of claim 1, wherein the weight percent of micropulp is 0.01 to 10 weight percent.
4. A polymer composition made using the polymer precursor dispersion of any one of claims 1-3.
5. A shaped article comprising the polymer composition of claim 4.
6. A method of incorporating a micropulp in a polymer precursor for making a polymer that is a solid at room temperature, comprising: contacting organic fiber, a polymer precursor comprising an addition monomer, a condensation monomer, a prepolymer, or a polymer modifier, the polymer precursor having a viscosity of less than 10,000 centipoise at room temperature, and a solid component, agitating the organic fiber, the polymer precursor, and the solid component to
transform the organic fiber into a micropulp having a volume average length of from 0.01 to 100 micrometers dispersed in the polymer precursor and comprising 0.01 to 50 weight percent of the dispersion, and optionally removing the solid component.

The method of claim 6, wherein the addition monomer is methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, styrene, acrylonitrile, or vinyl chloride; the condensation monomer is ethylene glycol, dimethyl terephthalate, diethylene glycol, 1,3 propane diol, 1,4 butane diol, or cycolhexane dimethanol; the prepolymer is polyamide acid, polyester oligomer, or emulsified polymer dispersion; or the polymer modifier is a polymer plasticizer, a polymer additive, a polymer curing agent, a polymer property enhancer, a polymer processing aid, or a polymer surface lubricating agent.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the polymer precursor further comprises a solvent.
